what a gorgeous st. patrick's day this year!! i've got the windows open and the sunshine pouring in. 
like i mentioned in my last post, i have been up to something sweet for st. patty's day this year. spicy gingerbread cookies. i have to say, they are the most delicious cookies i've ever made. a bit too much work for just everyday, but what a spicy, savory way to welcome spring in.
